The Social Security Administration does not accept a conclusion from a physician that someone is disabled. They view the doctors as medical experts only and not vocational experts. They believe that the only input the doctors can give are things such as what is a person's diagnosis, what are the tests that result in that diagnosis, and what are the restrictions or limitations that result from the condition.
